Ranges are the low/high across the full breed-pricing-matrix (smallest, lowest-maintenance coat to largest, most labor-intensive coat). About a third of the breed rows are real reference pricing; the rest are estimated from comparable breeds and flagged † in that file — treat these ranges as directionally right, not final, until Kendra confirms the estimated rows.
Tier 1 — Bath & Brush
Best for: Dogs on a maintenance schedule between full grooms; dogs with short coats that don’t require clipping; owners who prefer to handle the trim at home.
What’s Included
- Pre-bath brush-out and de-tangle check
- Full bath with breed-appropriate shampoo
- Blow-dry (stand dryer and/or HV as appropriate for coat)
- Post-dry brush-out to finish
- Ear cleaning (wipe only)
- Nail clip
- Spritz / finishing spray
- Bandana or bow (client’s choice)
What’s NOT Included
- Any clipping or scissoring
- Nail grind (available as add-on)
- Teeth brushing (available as add-on)
- Deshedding treatment (available as add-on)
Tier 2 — Full Groom
Best for: Regular groom clients who want a consistent breed cut or owner-specified style; the most common appointment type.
What’s Included
Everything in Tier 1, plus:
- Full clip or scissor trim to owner’s specification or breed standard
- Face, ear, and paw pad trim
- Sanitary trim
- Nail clip + paw pad tidy
What’s NOT Included
- Nail grind (available as add-on)
- Teeth brushing (available as add-on)
- Deshedding treatment (available as add-on)
- Deep conditioning treatment (available as add-on)

- First-time clients are recommended for Tier 2 (Full Groom) so we can build the dog’s profile
