This section defines all pricing for services, add-ons, and packages. It is the primary reference for agents quoting a service at the time of booking.

Pricing Hierarchy
- Look up breed in breed-pricing-matrix → base price for each tier
- Apply coat-type modifier from the same file if applicable
- Add any requested add-ons from add-ons-and-upgrades
- Check if client has an active package (packages-and-bundles) — package pricing overrides per-service pricing
