Packages reward regularity and give clients a reason to commit. They also help the salon predict revenue and fill the schedule.

Package Rules
- Packages are non-refundable after first use
- Unused visits expire per the package terms
- Packages apply to one dog per package (multi-dog households need separate packages or a custom quote)
- Package pricing applies to the tier specified — upgrades to a higher tier require paying the difference
- Add-ons are not included in package pricing (except Tier 3’s included add-on if the package uses Tier 3)
How Packages Are Tracked
Packages are recorded in the client record under Loyalty Status → Active Package.
When a package appointment is booked:
- Note the package in the appointment record
- Decrement the remaining visits count in the client record
- Notify the client when 1 visit remains

Loyalty Pricing
Clients who reach loyalty tier thresholds (based on total visits, not packages) receive additional benefits.

Custom Quotes
For clients with multiple dogs, unusual scheduling needs, or specialty coat requirements (doodles on 6-week cycles, show dogs, etc.), offer a custom quote. Bring Kendra into these conversations.
