06 — Staffing and Training
This section defines Kendra’s standards, how new groomers are trained to meet them, how finished work is quality-checked, and how approvals flow through the salon.
The Executive Chef Principle
Kendra doesn’t have to touch every dog — but every dog should feel like she did. This section is how that happens. Standards are documented so they can be taught. Training is structured so they can be learned. QC and approvals ensure they are maintained.
